Thanksgiving 2014

This year's Thanksgiving started off with a bang at Chandler's Thanksgiving program at her school.
You can see from her face here how she felt about being the center of attention!
And nevermind the cute little girl next to her picking her nose. Oooops!
They did the cutest little performance.  I was really impressed with all of the kids!
But one in particular...
Chandler would repeat this on Thanksgiving Day
(and really any other time there was a crowd around)

Chandler and her 2 little best friends, Samantha and Peyton.
Thanksgiving break activities...
Coloring, Excericising (unfortunately no pics of this!), feeding ducks at the park in Texarkana.
Then off to Little Rock to see the other side of the family.
Gibson and Chandler were out 2 minutes into the road trip as usual...and Brooklyn, as usual will never sleep in the car.
Cousin snuggle time in Little Rock!
They sat like this all on their own!  So sweet!
Chan and Olivia playing dress up on a doll...digital style!

I feel like I'm always so crazy busy on these holidays that I forget to take pictures!
I didn't get any of the awesome spread that the Nalley's put out for Thanksgiving and it was such an awesome feast.  The day after Thanksgiving was Gibson's party (which has it's own blog post).
And then the day after that, Aunt Babs treated the girls and I to see a movie!
They have so much fun spending time with Aunt Babs!
When we got back, Gigie took them to the park and then they came home and got creative with Play-dough.  Love that I have at least a couple of pics of Brooklyn with her 2 missing front teeth!
Happy Thanksgiving!

Gibson's Mickey Mouse Party - Age 2

Gibson's Mickey Mouse Party!

 Come Inside, It's Fun Inside!!
My sister-in-law, Liz, made these!!  How cute are they?!?
Dessert Table
The banner says "I am 2".
Sugar Cookies and Red Velvet Dip Sprinkled with Chocolate Chips

Would probably have been more appropriate to have had Mickey Mouse on TV or just a black screen!
Didn't want to mess with the guys and their football, though.  LOL
Drink Station
Red Koolaid, Lemonade, and Water bottles with Mickey Themed Labels
Red Tub contained Mickey Mouse Trail Mix
(pretzels, yellow and Red M&M's, peanuts, raisins and cheerios)
 Mickey-Themed 7-Layer Dip
 Hot Diggity Dog Bar
Hot glued small plates to 1 large for Mickey-shaped plates!!
There is a little "Handy Helpers" sign, too, in front of the utensils.
It was hilarious to see the grown men using these plates!!
My Awesome Sis-In-Law also decorate our condiments to make them more festive.
Love her creativity!!
Photo Backdrop for our photo booth with one very handsome birthday boy!!
Oh how he loves him some Micky Mouse!!
And what's a party without an adorably dressed birthday boy!!
His red converse shoes are my FAVS!!
We got the Air Hockey Set up on the patio
along with a table where kids could color and just be outside.
Big Bounce House outside for Big Kids
Little Bounce outside for Little Kids
Birthday Boy Ready?  Check!
(with a Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck in hand, of course)
Big Sisters Ready?  Check!
Party Time!!

Our many attempts at a family pic!

And then the Wyatt family walks up and does it perfect the first time!

So much fun in the photo booth!
An intense game of air hockey above and true love in the bounce house below!

After much bouncing and eating, it was time to come back inside...
 put on party hats...
And sing happy birthday to the birthday boy!

After we sang and had cake, many of the guests had to leave, but we sent them off in style!

Naptime!
For Gibson and for adults!!
Game Time!

My in-laws are so hospitable and let us turn the birthday party into a Razorback watch party until G woke up and was able to open his presents!
 Gift Time!
Uncle Brady and Aunt Valerie found the most perfect gift sack for this party!!

Uncle Brady and Valerie gave Gibson his first dog...the perfect pet!
It breathes and looks completely real, but never barks, bites, scratches, eats or poops!
This is indeed the perfect pet for our family!
 Mickey Mouse Bathtub Toy
 Mickey Mouse Toolbox
 Mickey Mouse Coloring Book
 It's just too much fun!
 Mickey Mouse Choo-Choo Train

He got so many wonderful Mickey-Mouse themed gifts,
but his very favorite gift was probably this...his own set of REAL KEYS!!
After the party, Mimi took him to the park to play, then he came home, had a bath, put on his new Mickey Mouse jambes and finished the day with a powdered sugar donut.
Just doesn't get much better than that!!

Happy Birthday, G-Man!
