11 Months Old!
Whew! These pictures are getting hard to take because he will NOT stay still! Glad I only have 1 more month to try to do in this position!
He still doesn't really have any nicknames that everyone uses, but Eddie likes to call him "G-unit" or "Drooling Machine."
He is wearing size 12-18 month clothes.
Size 4 diapers
Takes four 7 oz bottles
Takes 2 good 2 hour naps and sleeps about 11 hours at night
Eats lots of table food
(but still hasn't mastered sippy cup...still thinks its funny when I put it in his mouth!)
His top 2 teeth came in this month and it was NOT PRETTY! He wanted to be happy, but you could just tell they were really bothering him. =( And I can see why! They are HUGE!
Milestones:
He points to things
Intenttionally says "Uh" for uh-oh
waves on command (when he's in the mood)
if you stand him up, he is sturdy and can balance with ease
Has taken 1 step and continued to balance
can point to eyes on a stuffed animal when asked and says, "Eye"
immitates sounds and gestures: gurgles, shakes head "no" and "yes", squeals, laughs, waves, etc...
Things he LOVES:
shadows and light...always trying to grab and touch patterns he sees
balls (crawls and bats at them)
electronics
his best buddies (B&C)
TV (Chan has figured out how to watch with him without him pushing buttons and messing things up)
He made his first trip to the TX State Fair this year and was an absolutely PERFECT baby!
Don't know if you can see it, but he has a HUGE dimply smile behind that paci in the pic above.
He also got to meet the new Big TEX!
Brooklyn took these pics of him cheering on the hogs.
The quality is not great, but they were too cute not to share...and yes, he thought the pom poms were hilarious
Last thing, the girls started yelling for me the other morning because they wanted to show me what Gibson had done all by himself!
I'm not exactly sure how he managed to pull himself all the way up on such a small ledge, but he sure was proud of himself!
Happy 11 Months!
Very few outtakes this session because of his mobility...
