Our first Valentine's Day function this year was Chandler's class party at school.
Oh how I love that smile and those cheeks!!
She was super-excited about it!
This pic is with her little bestie, Peyton!
Parents weren't invited this year, but her teachers sent out these sweet pictures!
Our next function was Brooklyn's Valentines Day party at school.
And it was such a treat that Daddy was able to come this year.
This is Brooklyn with her bestie, Elise! I'm so thankful these girls got put in the same class again!!
After a day full of fun, we spent our actual Valentine's Day evening going to Saturday night church.
We had a little extra time to get ready so I straightened the girls hair and did not realize how long it was!!
Gibson had been sick, so it was just me and the girls off to church!
But first, we opened gifts and cards from Grandparents!
After church, our life group had something special planned for the kids!
They had them each build their own "dirt pudding" complete with chocolate pudding, gummy worms and oreos...then they had to figure out a way to eat their pudding with their own spoon, but they were not allowed to feed themselves.
They learned about loving through service.
And had a really fun time doing it!!
We spent the next day at the zoo...
And then came home to get ready for the Daddy/Daughter Dance!!
Chan and I had some fun experimenting to come up with the perfect Valentine's Daddy/Daughter Dance hair!
Took 3 times as long as I was hoping for, but thought it turned out pretty cute!!
Daddy cleaned up pretty nicely, too!
Once they arrived at the dance, they got to meet princesses!!
And hang out with their sweet friend, Elise!
Daddy's phone died at the event so I didn't get many more pictures!
All in all, very Happy Valentine's Day!
